A Bum Paw

My house is in shambles! First Bunny Mommy came down with the floo. Then Bunny Daddy went to get her juice in the very, very cold (even for bunnies) weather and hurt his paw! He's hobbling around, and his "back" paw now smells minty fresh. I like to smell it. But unlike when I hurt my toe, Bunny Daddy's got a brown wrap, not a blue one. Mine was much more fashionable. Bunny Daddy, wanna borrow? Feel better Bunny Parents, life is much more fun when you can run after me.

Mommy-Bunny Days

For the last two days Bunny Mommy has had something called the floo and has been home sick from work. Sad for her, she can't do much and her hair is very ratty, but lucky for me because that means extra time for nose bumps and cuddles and petting. But don't worry people, she washes her hands first. She lets me nap when I want to but I like having someone to talk to during the day. I mean, Bubba's a swell friend and all, but sometimes a girl needs her girl talk. Once Bunny Mommy gets better she said she has a cute new picture of me being very intellectual. Get well soon, Bunny Mommy!

Basil, who?

I think Bunny Mommy may have talked Bunny Daddy out of getting another bunny. Silly, Bunny Daddy. She reminded him that it would be very difficult to take 2 of us to our country house on the train and that we live in a small New York City apartment that couldn't handle another little creature. And how am I supposed to binky with another Bun around the house? I bump into enough stuff as it is! Bunny Daddy has pretty much determined he wants an English Lop whom he would name Basil (pronounced Bah-sil like the Brit people say it) but so far he hasn't come home with one, so I think we're safe.

I Beg to Differ

So my Bunny Daddy feels it would be great if there were another bun around the house. I beg to differ! Why is it necessary to have another bun in our flat? There is not enough room and I am not sharing my space. Am I not cute enough? Is my hair not soft enough? Do I not lick your clothes enough? I think another bun would be a very bad idea. We couldn't go on trips or take the train or go anywhere if Bunny Mommy had to carry her purse, me, AND another bun! No more buns, please. Take a look at this picture and tell me what is cuter...

Sorta Valentine's Day

Ok, I am a day late in posting but yesterday was a very busy Valentine's Day. Very sadly Bunny Mommy was at work until 10:15 and Bunny Daddy was sad without her. When Bunny Mommy came home she brought FLOWERS and even let me smell them! i was so excited, I was trying so hard to squeeze through the bars to get a taste but she didn't want me to eat them just in case they were poisonous to bunnies. But smelling them was nice enough. Here is a special Valentine's Day poem just for my Bunny People.

Roses are red,
Violets are blue,
Give me cilantro,
or POO ON YOU.

Aka Milou

There was a BIG blizzard last night and today here in NYC and Bunny Mommy and Daddy FINALLY brought me some snow to lick and sniff and observe. They certainly had enough to choose from!!! So here are some pictures of little ole me checking out my new favorite plaything... SNOW... Bubba wasn't allowed to play, the snow is so cold it hardens him up.

Hare Mail 'n' Stuff

Don't forget to remind Bunny Mommy that she needs to sign up! Good social, cosmopolitan, metropolitan, and bunnypolitan bunnies should always give back to those in need.

Who Loves Me Most?

Funny short story to tell: last night Bunny Mommy and Daddy were hanging out and I was back in my flat after a nice run around the living room. So later Bunny Daddy came over to pet me, as he often does. Well Bunny Mommy comes over too (she doesn't like to be left out) and sits by him. Then she starts petting me and kinda shoves him out of the way! And Bunny Daddy says, "Did you see that Sniffy? She just shoved me to get to you!) So then Bunny Mommy petted away... And it was nice. And then she gave me kisses when all I wanted to do was lick my front door. Silly Bunny Mommy.

Bubba Did It

So apparently Bunny Mommy and Daddy have grounded me again. They got the couch cleaned and as they were putting it back together found that BUBBA had put a little whole in one of the pillows. But they're blaming it on me! I only make graceful and dainty bite marks, not those gnawing ones left behind. I protest!
